• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Costumes:

  We have two different methods to ship the costume to our customers depends on the different shipping address! If the costume ships to USA, we will choose the normal shipping way from Hangzhou, China. It will take within 15 business days!

  And if the costume ships to other countries (Europe, Canada, or any other countries except for USA), we will ship the costume to our customers from Hong Kong through DHL and it will take within 7 business days!

  (By the way, all of our costumes are custom made and we need at least 7 business days to custom them, so please leave enough time to us before you place an order, thank you very much!)

  Wigs:
  Almost all of our cosplay wigs are ships from Hangzhou, China! It will take within 15 business days to USA and within 30 business days to other countries!

  Others:
  Almost all of our other products are ships from Hangzhou, China! It will take within 15 business days to USA and within 30 business days to other countries!
